The law firm of Morgan & Barbary was formed in 1999 by longtime friends Clay Morgan and Patrick Barbary. We moved into our present law office in Melbourne, Florida, in 2002, where clients are served by five capable attorneys with over 75 years of combined experience.

We serve all residents of Brevard County, including students of Florida Institute of Technology, employees of Kennedy Space Center and personnel from Patrick Air Force Base. Many of our clients are visitors from other states who were injured or arrested while traveling in Florida.
